• Pets are allowed at this property, but only for a fee. Unauthorized pets will incur a $600 fine.
• WINTERTIME: Please note that 4WD/AWD is recommended during the winter months (December-March). During heavy snowstorms or ice on the roads - 4WD/AWD is required. While we do plow and salt the roads, they can still be difficult to traverse using a regular vehicle, especially if we have had a lot of snow. Use caution.

We had such an amazing stay! I came here with a group of friends, and we honestly loved everything about the house. The place was super clean when we checked in, the views were incredible, and there was so much to do the whole time. The hot tub, sauna, and cold plunge were definitely highlights that really tied the whole experience together. We spent the trip hiking, hanging by the fire pit, grilling every night with an amazing view, playing pickleball and basketball, and even paddle boating on the lake. The vibes were perfect from start to finish. Peter was also an awesome host, super friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. He made everything smooth and made us feel really welcome. Overall, this was the perfect spot for a fun and relaxing getaway with friends. We had the best time and would 100% come back!
Our weekend we spent here was well worth the drive! Beautiful property! If you are a fisherman, you will be in your glory! The pond was nice to relax by at with the family and made the kids made good use of the putting green pedal boat. The patio with firepit was super nice to relax around! Thank you for the wood that you guys gave us to use while we were there. The kids loved the pickleball court!! Very nice touch to the outside playing activities. Enjoyed ending the day in the hot tub!! Very quiet and peaceful!! We didn't make it into the cold plug or the sauna, so we will have to schedule a return trip to try them out. The wifi was excellent and the connection was strong at all times!! Was very nice to be able to have all our devices connected while we were there. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean!! Thanks for the great stay! We definitely will tell friends about our stay this wkd and the fun we had! We would recommend this Airbnb rental in a heartbeat to anyone.
We had an amazing stay at this property! The location is perfect—just a short distance from Raystown Lake, which made it ideal for our trip. The house itself is beautiful and exceptionally clean, and clearly very well cared for. Some standout features were the hot tub, sauna, new fire pit area, and the pickleball court, which gave us plenty to do and made evenings especially enjoyable. The property is very private and peaceful. Inside, the beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, and the fast WiFi was a great bonus. Peter was a fantastic host—communication was clear, and check-in was simple and exactly as described. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!
